MadTuner.com tune (feedback please)

After talking to Ion, I have decided to get a complete tune for my car. I can't wait to get it done and it will hopefully be back on the car before Beach Week.

He said that even though the car was almost stock, that I could benefit from it. He also qutoed me a price for just the fan adjustment, thermostat adjustment and fuel adjustment for $50.

He sounds like a great person and someone I want to do buisness with.

Anyone have any feedback ?

He tuned my car dead on w/o ever seeing it. I had it dyno tuned and Jeremy Formato couldnt pick up any more power over Ion's tune, all he did was take some timing out and change some stuff to try and get better MPG while driving around.

My tune was ok, but I wish I had gone with pcm4less. Ion tends to be slow with responding to customer e-mails. Well, I never got a response to the e-mail I sent about a problem I was having.

Although slow to respond to emails, and there have been times where he didn't respond at all, he did do a very good job on my tune and I couldn't be happier. You may even want to consider him doing a full tune on your PCM which will include the premium gas tune that will add a little extra power.

He's always been slow to respond because this isnt his "job," he does this as side work, but he's still amazing at it

Yes, I know this much and I give him full benefit of the doubt for it. I'm more or less concerned about the quality of the tune and the cost, and he is top notch in both of those regards.

I didn't have any trouble at all contacting Ion. I called him. His phone number is listed on his web site. Also, like everyone else has said, the tune works perfect.

Other than the occasional slow resopnses via e-mail, you won't be sorry. I have his tune in my car and it runs like a top.

he nailed my tune, and has always responded to all my emails with in a day so i consider that pretty quick. i am pretty local to him so i meet up with him and he does my tune in about 5 minutes and im on my way. great guy to deal with IMO.

Got sent a faulty pcm in exchange for my good stock one. Had to pay for shipping to send his faulty pcm back in exchange for a good one.

Tune was fine though, but not too happy with having to pay shipping for his bad pcm...
