my mods are:
slp cai
auto with 3.42's
2800 stall
loudmouth
227/233 cam
1.6 nsa rockers

thanks
Brandon

MAC. Easy plug access, easy install.

The RK sport is very similar to the AS&M (if I have my information correct), and hella PITA to change plugs.

You'll gain about 5 RWHP peak with the 1 3/4 MAX. The trade-off is well worth it.

MAC's. You'll see better low end TQ also with the 1 5/8" primary that the MAC's have. The smaller tube means higher exhaust gas speed, which helps scavenging at low RPM.

You may lose a tiny bit up top but I doubt it with the cam you are using.

I would get the MAC's coated directly through Jet-Hot, oh wait, I did.

Both are good headers. The rk sports would probably show a little more gain and are better in the long run. But the macs show good gains and have very good plug access and people are getting some good #'s with them also. I would say the RK sports if you plan on doing more then just bolt on's, and you plan on doing heads and cam.

if you order macs now you won't get them for a while because they are on backorder. if your in a hurry get the rk's, otherwise go for the macs.
