Hello, I'm going to be ordering MAC headers for my 97 firebird in the next few days, I'm going with the 94-95 style and I plan on deleting the emmssions stuff(AIR, EGR), my question is for the AIR fitting, I have seen kits for blocking off the EGR fittings and I was wondering if anybody makes a plug or screw that will fit into the MAC header, so I won't have to hook my AIR system back up.

Everyone told me an M22 drain plug which is BMW I believe...no one knew what I was talking about when I went looking for one so I had plugs made at a hose fitting shop. The thread size is very odd, it's only for emission fittings apparently. MAC said they used to make them but don't anymore which is stupid if you ask me...I asked if they could make them and they just said "no" but I doubt they threw out the tap to make it.

 

Cool, i'll have to go look around for a bolt shop or something I guess.
