did any one have to modify the base of the center console around the shifter plate after an auto to M6 swap? my shifter hits the console when it shift into reverse. it mainly hits the front right mounting bracket that sticks up real high, it hits it right at the top. i have tried to bend the mounting tabs at the front over but i can't get enough clearance, its like the shole things needs to move to the right to get the shifter to fit right. any ideas?
