m6 shifts?

Guys a have a LT1 m6 and I wanted to know where I was supose to shift the car on normal driving revs and mph..

daily driving? whereever you feel comfortable

i used to shift mine at about 2500rpm when it was stock (well i guess i still do when putting around town)

I go by the sound. right when you here it almost start to wind but yeah around 2300 to 2500

2500rpm's!! maybe thats why i get bad gas mileage!!

If I remember correctly, I used to shift my M6 going by MPH for normal driving. (this seemed to yield the best gas mileage)

0-19 first
20-29 second
30-39 third
40-49 fourth
50-62ish fifth
> sixth

If you're too lazy, you can skip a gear or two.

For WOT, just shift right around 5700.
