Are AS&M headers Legal in Ca.?

Just wondering if Arizona Speed & Marine headers are CARB legal in Ca. and if not what are any of you doing to pass smog with them. I have a 94 Z single Cat.

Yea, but in CA they have to have a EO# otherwise, most places, fail you, from what I understand.

AS&M's have the relevant smog hookups, but don't have a CARB EO#, and are not technically legal. You can use a y-pipe with a cat on it, and the odds are decent you could get through a smog test with them.

I just ordered a set so I guess I'll find a way to pass. I talked to the guy at AS&M and he said he might be able to give me some kind of emmissions #.

I'd be interested in that number if he does get you one!
