LT's hitting my tranmission

I bought a set of used Grottyohahn(or however you spell it) LT's from a friend. I got them installed and all bolted up but they are hitting my transmission pan(stock 700R-4) on the passenger side. Plus, the O2 bung is on the inside of the header and located about an inch away from the side of the tranny pan, no sensor going in there. Am I screwed or is there something that I am just totally overlooking? I cant live with not being able to drop the tranmission or even changing my tanny fluid without dropping the passenger side header.

I was unaware of any tranny specific headers.
