LTCC red and green LED's...

I'm still trying to get my newly assembled car running. The hold up now seems to be the spark. I have my original LTCC setup that worked flawlessly from 2003 until I dropped of the '96 Z28 at the shop to get the 383 solid roller built. The jackasses at the shop cut the factory wiring harness in several places and it's been pure hell to get everything figured out. In testing, all the fundamentals of the Ignition Control Module, Opti harness and battery seem to be fine in regards to voltages. But no plugs actually get spark. When I opened up the cover on the LTCC box (so I can watch the LED's flash when I turn on the key and crank the engine), the red LED comes on briefly (bulb test?) then the green LED flashes continuously (about 2 or 3 times a second and stays blinking until I turn off the key. Does anyone know if the flashing green is normal or indicative of some error? Does anyone know Bob Bailey's (creator of the LTCC) email address?
Thanks,
Dave

Don't you have a copy of the directions?
The codes are listed there.
If you don't send me a PM and I'll dig mine up.

No. I'd installed mine in 2003, it worked perfectly and so the directions were filed with all my other seldom looked at car literature. Then I moved to New York state in a panic to get away from my deranged ex-wife (her name is Devilores. Okay, really Dolores) and I left tons of good stuff there in Houston. Anyway, I was able to find the document online yesterday! And, Bob Bailey, aka Turbobob, responsed early this morning to my questions regarding this. Here's what he said...
"The flashing green is an old error that indicates it thinks it was not off long enough when you keyed back on.

Since this error is basically meaningless, we have removed it from the current software.

Try waiting a minute or 2, then keying on and see if the green illuminates during cranking."
THanks guys.
