LTCC / Bob Bailey - great product / great service

Hey guys, I know it's been said here before, but I've got to give kudos to Bob Bailey for his remarkable customer service. I had some issues with my newly rebuilt car that seemed related to the LTCC. Bob was very helpful with suggestions and diagnosis and was very quick to check out the LTCC box we sent him. Even though it checked out fine in his bench tests, he upgraded the firmware and sent it back within days of getting it. As it turned out, the problem was an inlet air restriction that was causing the car to hit a rpm wall at 4400. The LTCC was fine, the engine was just starved for air.

I emailed Bob and thanked him for his help and he was very gracious and truely seemed to just be glad I solved my problem.

Thanks, Bob. There are lots of LT1 owners in the clubs here in Colorado that are checking out my car and the LTCC is getting high marks.
