LT4 Valve cover studs fit LT1 valve covers

If your remove the internal "webbing" on a LT1 valve cover, will the LT4 studs fit (proper height)?

They should as the LT4 valve cover is the same as the LT1 minus the drip rails since the LT4 used RR.

I don't think they will work at all. The LT4 covers use a totally different way of sealing the stud and nut and the covers are not the same height. The LT4 is a completely different cover.

not stepping on toes, but several people run them on LT1's. I learned that here. I am looking for a set for my car right now. Evidently they do match up. If they don't, I will be really mad!

Well, yeah, I'm using the LT4 valve covers, but the question was can the LT4 studs work on LT1 covers (unless I misunderstood
