I have anew LT4 starter cause the orginal LT1 starter died. I am running headers. My concern is it is killing starters becuase my first CSI mini starter all the sudden also. I check all ground to eleminate that also. I have some header wrap I bought to use on a project I was doing. My header are cermaic coated and chromed from jet hoat on the engine. I wrapped the LT4 starter in header wrap to see if that would help. Wil lthis harm it? Also just to elminate my own stupidity there is only 2 bolt studs on the LT4 starter where the old LT1 had 3. Do I just bolt all the power feeder wires onto the stud with the live battery wire also? I know it works but just making sure.
