LT4 springs on stock rockers?

Well dumb question but curious iif its worth putting LT4 springs on stock rockers. I do plan on upgrading my rockers in the 4 months but have decided to pay off a loan first and wanted to know if its worth it or should I just grab a fresh set of stock springs and move on.

Thanks,
Darn money slows me down HP wise

Edit: Bought the LT4 springs at 30 bucks plus shipping cause they were so cheap and in a kit but the LT1 stock spring were 108 (wow). For that difference can't beat it. My question still stands though if they will work on the stockers without any harm?

Thanks

They will swap out with the stockers just fine. If you are going in later
on to upgrade rockers you might as well wait and do it at once. Besides,
if you are like me you will probably change your mind between times.

Hey what's up with all the peaks/valleys in your dyno run?

Tell you what. If you know what the fix is, I'll pay you $100. I have
been trying to figure it out at great length and expense with no
solution yet.

Not 'I' unfortunately. Have you tried the Advanced Tech section, or joined up on the LT1_edit mailing list? The guys on LT1_edit are sure to have some idears that would point you in the right direction.

Sorry to crash the post here...

So why are you changing springs? Are yours cashed? Or do you feel that since you got them so cheap, you should just change them? Cuz I bet you could find some decent 1.6rr's on Ebay or somewhere for fairly cheap. But yeah, I hear ya with the money, it does slow down the modding ALOT!
