ok im about to put on lt y pipe and cutout im wonderin if ima need to get a lt4 knock module...i dont want any timing retard bc of this..also can u bypass this or get rid of it somehtin along those lines...wat do you guys with modded lt1 do ??? where is it located..thanks

no i dont think so, i think the km is only when u change rocker arms

 

You usually shouldn't need it until a header install...but for 30 bucks why not....It made my upper rpms smoother in my old 97
