Got a xe 224/236 .502/.520 can i get away with using lt4 hotcam springs with 1.5rrs my 1.5rrs got like 2k on em so i want to reuse them, have this cam ready to go in, can i get away with using them springs??? seems sensible.

 

Not the best idea. Technically, the springs can handle the lift w/ the 1.5s. But the deal breaker is that the XE lobes have very aggressive ramp rates, so the LT4 springs really don't have the spring pressure to adequately handle the valve movements.

 

What Josh said, you really neeed a better spring.
