when i buy the lt4 hotcam kit for my car what else would i have to buy along with it? the kit is coming with the springs,rr, an stuff like that from summit. timing chain?

 

i have heard of people running a stock timing chain on the lt4 hot cam, but i would definately upgrade to the ED lt4 timing chain. and just by reading ure sig. i cant tell if u r a m6 or an a4, but if an a4 then it is time for a stall.

IMO just replace the stock chain with a stock chain and take the moneuy saved over the ED set and get some decent valvesprings. The springs in that kit are OK with the lighter LT4 valves but are marginal at best with this cam an LT1 heads.
