LT1 VIN question

Is there a way to tell if a TA has an LT1 by the VIN. I'm lookin at a TA on the net and want to know for sure that it's an LT1 before I drive 5hrs to pick it up. The salesman isn't all that smart. Thanx in advance.

After the 2G1FP22, it should be a P (that would mean LT1).
