alright so the problem with my lt1 is that when i go to start it it wants to turn on but it wont start unless i turn on the the key three times to let the fuel pump kick in and after i do that the car starts any ideas on why it's doing what it's doing

 

A search should provide an answer!! Have your fuel pressure checked, before, during and after running.

Fuel is draining back into the tank from the fuel rails due to a sticky check ball inside the pump assembly.
