Question lt1 starter to block bolt size????

does any one know the bolt size to a 1995 lt1 engine????? what size thraed,pitch,length????

I don't know the sizes off hand, but if you are replacing the bolts you need to get actual starter bolts. They have some knurling on them and are set up to properly align the starter in the block...Regular bolts don't do that...They are not cheap from the dealer, and Advance Auto sells them , too...

Any auto parts store should have the correct bolts.

i found some at autozone, the ones i saw were a 3/8 16 should i get them they are starter bolts

3/8-16 should be right.
