LT1 Shops in Chicagoland Area? (cam question too)
Ive been looking around for a couple weeks and I really cant seem to find many. Seems the ones I'm referred to either just quit doing lt1 work, or they still do it, but cannot tune it so they turn me down... So my question is, Where can I go to get a cam/supporting mods done on my car in the chicagoland area that can do the work AND tune, or will do the work then tell me where to get my car tuned at....
Secondary question:
When im getting a cam done, what all should also be done with it? Ive done my fair share of research and gotten varying answers. Ive been told that it should be the cam, roller rockers, lifters, valve springs, and pushrods. Is that all that's needed? is that too much? thanks guys.
