Lt1 rings?

Lt1 rings?
It would appear that my Hastings piston rings, part 4626, are not file fit rings.
I have checked a few of the rings and they're within spec. so I have to assume they're ready to go in straight from Hastings?
They're all about .017-.018 or so, within the SPEC of .010-.020 for the top ring. I didn't bother checking the second ring yet as I'm nowhere near ready for assembly and I'll do it later.
So the Hastings 4626 is not file fit then?
