Just tryin to get it back on the road and have some fun. I am going to slap in the forged rebuild kit from summit.... Mostlike going to go with the cc503 cam or the 306 I just would like i decent performaning/sounding cam. Car has mac headers and a 3 inch cutout. MY question is what should i do for heads. Just clean up the stockers and by the cc kit and put some 1.6 rockers or should i get a set of heads?

 

If you have less than 75k on the heads you could leave them as is, more than that and it would be nice to put some fresh ones on. Nice valve job and some bowl work would pick you up some airflow on a budget.

Same here!! Maybe have them milled a little and use the Impy head gaskets. You might need shorter pushrods though if you do.
