Ive been looking for a book that lists of LT1 specifications as well as extensive tips for getting more power and what to do and not to do w/ these engines. Basically what i am looking for is a book to tell me about the LT1 inside and out and how to go about modifying it. Like what size cams work best for what applications how to go about turning it into a 383, 396, etc. Something that will hopefully tell me anything I need to know about this engine and LS1s too would be nice but mainly LT1s. Thanks for the help.

Thats a great book, i have it, but it wont show you any performance upgrades....

I havent seen any catch all book for performance on the LT1... Your best bet is to do a search on the web and also check out peoples web pages...ie www.ws6.com or www.streetillusionsracing.com .... and contact the aftermarket companies, give them the info on your project and they will help out... Hope this Helps.
