has this happend to enyone else. After driving in the rain for a while, the next morining my car doesnt have any electrical power. i checked all the connections and they are good. Next i guess im gonna try to get a new battery but it worked fine the day befor so idk.

 

Do you mean that when you turn the key on, nothing happens at all - no dash lights, headlights will not work, etc.?

Have you checked the battery terminals for corrosion?

 

yes there is no power at all. i guess im gonna try to replace the cables and see what happenes. thanks

 

also sounds like it could be a ignition switch going bad. its pretty common with our cars.

 

i just replaced the cables and it works. also my optima red top battery was drained idk how cuz i didnt leave anything on, but oh well it works now thanks guys.
