Lt1 Carbed Conversion What Cam?????

can i use a Fuel injected cam on a carbed set-up when i install cam do i install it straight up like always dot to dot..i just want to make sure i can use the lt1 cam cause i know the cam has timing ground into it a little more i mean.

Obviously you can use it but I don't know how it would hinder performance. I don't know anything really, but just throwing out something. Would switching to carb mean that you should increase intake duration a little because the fuel is being added in the runner as opposed to a direct port setup? Does an air/fuel mixture move faster or slower than only air? Would it make a huge difference that you should adjust your lift and IVO so you fill the cylinder effeciently?

Install will be the same, dot to dot.
