LT1 bore or stoker?

What up people. Recently purchased a 94 Z28 lacking motor and tranny. Found a wrecked car with a decent motor and now for a rebiuld. Just wanted some opinions on what I should do to the motor while its out. Nothing major is wrong with it just want some more HP. I know I have alot of options, just don't know what road to go down. I want to be able to spray this motor sooner or later, so I have to build it to hold a least 100-250 shot. I know alot of people preferre stoked motor but I don't want to spend a arm and leg trying to piece it together. I do want to build it mainly for street. I will take to the strip every now and then to get some times but thats it. Just want some good opinions on what would be the best option. Just boreing to 355, or just go all out and stroke to 383 or 396?
O man I put this in the wrong thread. Can a mod. move it for me please

budget rebuild a LT1 using stock crank and .030 over bore (355ci) get good pistons with appropriate dish for spray.

Motor out of 93 Z28 but using most parts from a 94 Z. The tranny is a T56 from a 94 also.
