i broke a ring on my engine machine shop say they would have to go 60 over to true it up whats your guys thoughts on doing that :think:

What is the engine bored at currently?

I've sonic tested these blocks at .090" in between the cylinders on a stock bore, I wouldn't even consider going .060" without checking wall thickness.

Even so, I would sleeve that one cylinder and go to .030"

its a stock bore. would it be cheaper to sleeve it or just get a different block

Any LT1 block should be sonic tested before you sink a lot of money into it, even the one that you already have. Neither a .060" overbore (had a cylinder wall split on one) or a sleeve is very appealing when a standard-bore block can be bought for a decent price. You don't want to be doing this on a regular basis.
