LT1 1/8 mile

What kind of times would say a basically stock Lt1 6-speed or auto run 1/8? What about one with just some boltons? What about with a mild cam?

I'd say probably somewhere around the low 9's to high 8's. Mine ran a 8.6 in the 1/8th mile

with CAI and Catback I ran 9.0 @ 80mph w/2.19 60'

With more bolt-ons (full exhaust, 3.73's, etc...) I ran 8.69 @ 83.5mph w/2.14 60'.

Havent gotten a decent run with the cam and dr's yet. I would think 8.20's @ 87-88mph. I picked up 50rwhp from the cam and DIY heads, so I figure a good 4-5mph should be reasonable.

With a gear, headers (with cats), mild converter, K&N Filter, HPP+ and Nittos, I went 8.57 in the eighth.

about a 9.0 is average, if a little better not by much, I went 9.1@78 with a high temp and clogged fuel filter, the car was stock, cutting some tires blazin, wheel standing, crowd pleasin 2.25 sixtys.

I ran a best 8.91@80.45 mph with CAI and flowmaster muffler.

I don't have a good run since I added headers and cutout.
