I was wondering if an LS1 catback would fit on a Lt1 car? and if not why wouldnt it they look very simular.

 

For the single cat cars you need a "s" extension after the cat and one rear hanger isn't the same so you need to do something to fix that (at least on my 93 it didn't match).. for the dual cat cars the catback fits as far as I know.. don't know about that hanger. I think you can get the S portion from SLP in a install kit they have to put an LS1 loudmouth on a single cat LT1.
