I lowered my car 1 1/2" and it handles great and looks great.
Now for the down side
Harch ride
can't jack it up without driving onto 2by4s
ground clearance problems with speed bumps
problems when modding the car such as longtubes deep trans pan ex.
You will need ajustable panhard rod
you will need lower controlarm relocation brakets
Maybe bump steer as well
also you will lose traction on take off.
Good for road racing not drag racing
But other than that I love my car lowered
just my 2cents

whatever you do, stay away from the Sportlines, i had them and it was a rough ride.

Consider switching shocks when u do the springs too...

Are speed bumps really that bad, and what about really bad streets, i live in toledo ohio and the roads arn't the best. But the car dose not go out in to the snow. And has anyone used the package from thunder racing. how well does that work and is it worth it?

my problem with speed bumps is with my trans pan I have a deep pan from b&m. I think if I had the stock pan It would be fine. Now that I have longtubes forget speed bumps.

with any lowered car, you just need to slow down, and go over speed bumps at an angle, and enter driveways at an angle
