lowering springs?

what are the best lowering springs available for a 95 3.4l.

pros.

Probobly the Eibach Pro Kit springs, i think some guy is selling them on the For sale section, not sure though

I got to see a set of Hotchkiss Springs at Summit last week, they look pretty nice, altough I havent lower my car....yet...

i just bought sprint springs and i hope that they are better than the dropzones that i had...

dropzones did not hold as well as i thought they should...

also, anyone knows where i can find a tutorial for doing the front springs of a 95 v6? a buddy of mine did the front, but i dont talk to him anymore and i would appreciate the help. thanks
