Lowering with LT's?

I know this has been debated many times as to whether or not its possible but how many DO have lowering springs with hooker LT's?

I wanted to lower it some since the wheel gap is terrible but not more than an 1" or so. Doesnt SLP have a kit that only lowers an inch?

I have the SLPs on my car with Grotyohann Long tubes. The dont scape all that bad only on the cats when going up huge inclines or big speed bumps. The SLP lowered my car about 3/4 on an inch. You can click on the sig to see if you want your car to sit like mine or lower. I am pretty please with my long tubes and the SLP springs.

Hope that helps,
Claude

I think these were the springs that came with the stage 2 96SS SLP car. The tech folks at SLP told me that these progressive springs would drop the car 3/4 on and would help with handling with their bilstien shocks. I bought them about 3 years ago and have been very please with the look and handling. I would suggest that you call SLP to see if they still carry these springs, I am not sure if they have them anymore.

Hope that helps,
Claude

I cant imagine going lower with these LT's on. I have to creep over speed bumps and i still scrape on some. I once backed over a manhole that was sticking up slightly and bent the header flange.

Mine hit all the time at stock height. Speedbumps are the devil.

I think the Eibach Pro's would prob. be too much, although I have heard of people with LT's and the pros.

You might want to look at the DMS springs, not sure how much they drop though.
