well couple weeks ago hit pole about 5 mph- well since then when i start my car up the idle will do one of 3 things-

a) idle high at about 1400 but runs fine(minus popping in exhuast when shifting)

b) idles perfectly no problem

or C) idles at about 600 and almost stalls-

wierd thing is if i shut her off and restart she will idle fine - any ideas on what can nbe causing this?

 

well- determined must be a vacum leak or something along those lines-

tonight ill go and check all vacum lines -

 

SOme of those symptoms sound like the Idle Air Control valve is malfunctioning. But I dont think it would really be damaged from a front impact bc its on the throttle body and I dont see it being affected. Are u getting any SES lights?
