Low Oil Sensor Replacement

This thing is leaking like crazy on my car, im assuming its comin gthrough the sensor because its as tightened as much as it can possibly can be. Does the sensor simply back out of the pan or do you have to drop the pan to get it out? did a search diddnt find anything about the actuall replacement of the part....

Re: Low Oil Sensor Replacement

Go to your GM dealer and order the new sensor. It will be different (all plastic with an integrated seal). This is different than the metal version with the metal/rubber gasket that you currently are using.

The new version works well.
