Low oil light is on when I turn the key, but if I turn the key off, pull it out, then put it back in, it won't be on.

What is wrong with it?

Edit: The oil level is not low, btw, and this just started after I did my oil pan gasket.

 

Check your oil level sensor connection. You didn't damage the oil level sensor when you changed the pan gasket?
