Im shooting for low 11's and looking for opinions????

96 M6 Z28 full weight street car
stock bottom end ( unless it gives up)
hotcam
1.6 rr's
gasket matched heads to intake porting
mid length headers
borla
moser built 9" with detroit true track and 31 spile axles etc......
4.30 gears
lower control arms
torgue arm
100 wet shot
misc.. bolt on's (driveshaft,subframes... etc....)
do i have my heads in the clouds thinking she might go low 11's ?????

 

the reason im asking is that the rear end and nitrous is new and not exactly on the car yet

 

With the correct suspension you could, learn to drive good and get some nice cool air. People have gone low 12s with the hotcam and no n2o. And if not you can always bump it up to a 150 shot. Just dont expect to do it the first time you go.

 

My vote goes for the 150 shot for low 11's.

 

I ran 11.01 with pretty much the same setup in my car except I was running a 150 shot. The other thing about my car is it weighs a lot less then most 4th gen's. It's weight without me in it is 3140 and 3380 with me in it. I was also running Hooker LT's and 4.11's. Crossed the line at 6000 in 4th with 28 inch tires. 11.01 @ 126.22. Could have ran in the 10's if i wasn't babying it through 3rd cause i have a syncro going bad in my tranny. here's the 11.01@126.22
