Long tubes with High flow cats sounds UNBELIEVABLE on LT1's... I think so anyway... I have a loudmouth and will definitely be staying with it when I go Long Tubes and high flow cats.

Both of the systems are quality, and im sure perform very similar...borla is loud opened up, loudmouth is extra loud on a LT1...borla is adjustable though

Re: loudmouth vs. borla

With the borla everyone i know ends up running it wide open. I had the loud mouth. I love it with macs and orp it was loud as hell!!!! . Know I have longtubes with true duals no x or y that both dump under the rear passanger seat and its not as loud as the full length loudmouth. I would just do dynomouth with a single tail pipe. Nah going loudmouth!

Re: loudmouth vs. borla

I have jet hot headers, 3 inch y-pipe with cats, and loudmouth exhaust...love the sound, it is very, very loud though. Has an extra mean-ness at idle (versus stock manifolds with loudmouth) and SCREAMS up top.
