Do you have a cold air intake? It makes a weird sucking noise when the car shuts off sometimes.

Sounds like the serpentine belt to me too. If that's not it, it could possibly be the alternator.

Do you have any leaks under the car? Coolant? Oil? It could be dripping on the belt and making it squeak. If so, you're problem isn't the belt....

i do not have any leaks at all, but the noise seems to be coming from close to the alternator, my idea was prob a serpatine belt too, and yes i have a cold air intake but this is a loud sqeak and i heard it again today while i was driving this time could it still be the serpatine belt? Thanks Guys!!

yeah mine makes the same sound when the car takes it last breath shutting off and until i had someone stand in front of my car to listen... i thought it was the belt.

My car does that when the air conditioner or defroster is on, it does it at random times, and right when the car shuts off. I think it is your serpintine belt also.

Maybe it is a bearing in your alt and you can only hear it then because all the other noise of the engine is no longer masking it. Try releasing you serpentine belt and spinning the alt to see if there is any tightness or excess noise. Try spinning the power steering pump and a/c clutch too.
You could also run the engine with the belt off and see if it makes the same noise when you shut it off. The belt, itself, is always a possibility.
