Loss of power....Exhaust leak?

Ok, i just finished installing my exhaust manifolds, y-pipe and muffler. Right now when i drive it around it seems like it has lost a lot of power. I can hear an exhaust leak coming from the passenger side exhaust manifold where the pipe connects to the y-pipe..This is because i lost the nut that connects the 2 together.

So for right now i just have 2 bolts out of the 3 holding the y-pipe to manifold together....

Would this cause a loss of power that i could actually feel? Also when i do drive it, there is a rumbling shacking feeling.

Thanks

Was the leak sound a puffing or how would you describe the sound?

Ok. I got back under and tightened down all of the bolts again. I also noticed that the muffler pipe that connects to the catalytic converter was rubbing the crossmember. So after readjusting everything I found that there was no longer any vibration or shaking. The exhaust leak that is coming from the passenger side exhaust manifold is more like a "puffing" clicking sound.

I guess all i have to do now is rethread that one bolt.

Thanks
