loss of high rpm power

Its seems like I have lost a lot of power while in 4th gear. It no longer down shifts back into 3rd when i floor it. had a header leak that melted my one plug boot. fixxed the leak and got a new boot. Cant figure out why it wont downshift and feels like it losing power. Any suggestions? Other then that its runnin good.

Could be the plug was damaged also. Sounds like it might not be getting enough fuel

Hmmm. Maybe the stall is slopping up the shifts?
