Re: Looking for spark plug wires suggestions

i have msd 8.5 and never had a problem with them, i even have and exhaust leak from my headers blowing onto one of boots and its not haveing a problem with it at all. Plus there fine very close to my stainless steel headers with no damage what so ever to the wires. Love them and would suggest them to anybody.

Avoid Elite spark plugs like the plague.

I really like my MSD 8.5 Super conductors. I have no issues or arcing period.

Re: Looking for spark plug wires suggestions

i HATED my msds, I had 2 sets within 3 months die on me, and it wasnt from bad routing either because I checked each wire one at a time putting it on. I got the accel extreme heat wires and love them...

PS my headers arent ceramic coated so that could help in the death of the MSD wires

Re: Looking for spark plug wires suggestions

Another vote for the Accel Extreme 9000 wires. I added them after having bad experiences with Taylors. I also added Taylor Fire Sleves to the Accell wires. Last night, while replacing an O2 sensor, I noticed one of the Taylor fire sleeves was resting up against my SLP header, and there was no burn mark on either the sleeve or the wire!

Thomas.
