Looking for a machine shop on Long Island

Looking for a Macine Shop on Long Island - anyone got any ideas - not looking for a race engine builder - just a machine shop that can boil /blast blocks , as well as reassemble a shortblock properly. ( i dont trust myself for that yet.)

I called lab when i was looking at engine rebuilds. They said they can't do a rebuild for much under $2k. I figured i might as well go with a 383 from golen for a few hundred more. But give them a call, they might be able to do what you want. The guy seemed cool on the phone. Good luck.

I forgot about Shafiroff. They're in bohemia. Friend of mine got his LS1 built there, he's real happy with it. http://www.shafiroff.com/
