Question Looking for a good electric cutout.

Anybody know a good site that sells some well constructed electric cutouts, odds are I'm getting one for my B-Day. I want to stick it on my stock exhaust (by stock I mean stock Y-Pipe and no headers) but I hope to put it on a new 3 inch exhaust system soon with Dyna max Headers and an aftermarket Y-Pipe.

Thanks

DMH.
My QTEC leaks slightly, and McCord's don't last longer than three months.

On the DMH site, what is the flowtech thing they keep talking about? Is that the little black that actually is the cutout?

My McCord lasted a whole month before it started leaking. Of course I didn't drive it much that month either. Otherwise it would have been a week.

the guy at mccord took over a week to respond to my emails after mine broke, he sent me some replacement gears and that was is. i had to figure out how to fix the broken gears my self.
BTW it took over 1 month to get the parts.
a few days later, same thing happened again......

ok im gonna shout this one out so i can save someone else the anger i and many others have gone thru...

DO NOT BUY A MCCORD POWEPLATE They are JUNK and WILL FAIL on you. Probably within the first 2 months and when they do DO NOT expect Keith McCord to help you out cause HE DOES NOT stand behind the pile of crap that he sells

its been like 3 months for me and mine crapped out on me the motor like JUST DIED

i sent keith an email about it asking if there was anything he could do and he's like acting all shady about it turns out his great customer service in the begining isn't so great once he sell's you his POS product!! I mean I didn't care if I had to pay to get it fixed, but this guy just DOES NOT want to stand behine his product

i wish like hell i would have gotten the QTEC cutout so i could still be rollin with an electric cutout!

just a heads up

DHM CUTOUT = That's what you want dude

all electric cutout's will leak slightly. i had the original mccord powerpile and it had some viton seals that were supposed to prevent leaks, but didnt,it died before it went on the car.

I have had a Qtec ever since they were released (and i mean i have 1 of the first 1's) and it still works great. No problems.
There is a slight leak, but you cant expect metal to seal against metal and stil have room for the plate to spin.

Yea I LOVE my DHM, I can't believe how FAST it opens and close's. Seriously like it takes friggin 2 seconds to open and close... My McCord PowerPile took like 20 seconds I could have prolly gotten out of the car and removed my cutout before the mccord could do it by switch
