Looking for comments on my future setup...

On the intake, a 48MM is big enough. On the exhaust, go with LTs. Don't waste money on larger TBs or bigger injectors when you are trying to save some money.
Put ALL you savings in having your heads done. Lt1 heads can be very effective with a good Port and pocket job. Throw in a polish and even better.
As far as timing chain, if you need to change it out anyway, might as well do it right (I will let someone else advise you on the T Chain).
Seems like you have enough $$, esp when you are talking about suspension, etc., but I'd make sure those heads are done RIGHT.
If anything as far as suspension, SFCs, etc., I'd opt for a 12 bolt rear, if it was a toss up.
If you can't put it to the ground without breaking things, you are missing the best. JMHO

I already have hooker long tubes and a mufflex Y-pipe, although I may decide to sell the y-pipe and go for a true dual setup.
You're right about the heads, I'm not going to skimp out on them, I found a local porter here that does great quality work. ALthough my porter has recommended that I ditch my off the shelf cam and go with a custom cam from www.cammotion.com instead after I get my flow numbers to get a cam that best matches my needs. He's probably right, but I'll see what I am going to do about that.

Also do you think a set of clevite 77 bearings is a good idea? I hear a lot of people the do head/cam swaps that end up with spun main or rod bearingsand I was wondering if a set of new bearings would be a worthwhile investment?

For the throttle body I will be getting a stock ported 52 mm throttle body since I found someone who does it for relatively cheap (169$) If my car was stock I wouldn't waste money on it, but with ported heads and a cam, chances ar the ported TB will help a little bit. Also I found a set of 28# LT4 fuel injectors in the FS section.
