Longtubes or spray?

My wife has given me the choice as Father's day gifts..... A complete NOS setup from this board and some 30# inj., or Longtubes w/ Y pipe. I have no clue what to do. If it helps any, I already have Hooker Super comp shorties so it's not like I'm running off of manifolds. What do I do?????

too bad you can't do both they would complement each other. But I guess if you have a cutout on the shorties it would not make that much of a difference. In your sig you have a 355,heads,cam,etc I would do the juice if i was in your position.

Spray it. Results will be much more noticable..... Hooker Shorties aren't all bad, either.

Re: Longtubes or spray?

aint too much gonna hold you back with a nice 100-150 shot....

i personally would go with the n2o. provided you engine is capable of handling it (i'm not sure what kind of power your putting out now and if your still using some stock internals).

I think I could handle a 150 shot, but that's about it. My motor is basically brand new w/ stock replacement internals, other than topend and cam.

How often you gonna spray...$50 a week adds up quickly...and then the wife will be giving you the eye...

Throw some numbers around and show your wife that buying a good supercharger kit is actually saving you money in the long run...

Come on now, 150+ rwhp increase by the press of a button...? Drive safe all day long, then just spray the **** out of the new Z06 when it comes along.
