long tubes n cut out

long tubes n cut out

i have bbk shorties, n a 3inch cut out i love it, but how would it sound with lts, would i lose any torque, or low end power,? would lts plus cut out be too much? or even with a cam,, help please

It will sound better but will be VERY loud, especially if you get rid of the cats. Setting off car alarms while driving down side streets will not be an uncommon happening, trust me.

Heck most of us do that with stock manifolds and a cutout AFTER the cat...

Long tubes will gain you power Everywhere, will not decrease the low end, and will vastly increase the top end. But you can't drive LTs and a cut out right after the headers, that is way too freaking loud.
