Re: long tubes i searched and couldnt find nothing

I have Jet-Hot longtubes and a custom made y-pipe w/o cats. If you want cheap, go with Pacesetters uncoated or even get them coated. I like the Jet-Hot sterling silver finish though. I think Jet-Hot has catted Y-pipes too that'll fit their LTs and normal Hooker LTs. You'll hear the difference. I ran 13.80@103.7 on a 2.2 60' with CAI, catback and TB bypass before my longtubes but havent run it since then. Any reason for wanting cats?

"I searched" . Every twentieth post contains either long tubes or cam thread. LT's+no cat+ 2 bullets= 20hp + a couple unhappy neighbors with lots of turning heads on the street

Re: long tubes i searched and couldnt find nothing

have you ever actually looked at the stock manifolds
ifso you know that headers (especially long tubes) will give you some descent gains both at the track and in sotp feel
not to mention it sounds better too
but since you have an A4 and seem to be more concerned with track times why dont you look into a nice stall converter from what i hear it drops near .5 of your 1/4
but thats just my .02
