long tubes and duals

pase setter long tubes + flow tech purple horney mufflers from summit catalog... dumping right under the seats, is this a bad idea? as far as performance? dont realy care about noise, the louder the better lol, but what about exhaust fumes coming in the car? will runing a H pipe b a good idea for a setup like that? dont have much money to spend so 25 dollar mufflers r a good thing lol anyone have a setup like this? have pics?

I had that set-up for awhile, it definetly is an attention getter. Just a few things you should know- you will have to weld a flange on your headers so you can bolt everything together, also, unless you modify the mufflers they will hit the floorboards. As far as performance, I really couldn't tell you, the noise from the floorboard was setting of my knock sensor.

Take some time and save some money and buy some decent headers. Jet Hots, etc... You will be happier in the long run, and only do it once.

What's wrong with pacesetters? Mine look fine and went on very well.

As did mine, I couldnt be happier with the them. If I had it to do over again I would still go with pacesetters but, I would have got them coated.
