Cool

You can go to a dealer and they should be able to cut you a new door key. I have had that happen to me. I tried every thing I could think of to get in. I finally had a friend pick me up and take me to my dealer. I think you need to bring an ID and registration or somthing like that. good luck

Just slip a coat hanger between the glass and the rubber (careful not to screw up anything or break the glass) and aim for the power door lock switch. It's really simple.

then you go into the door, jsut above the key lock and fish around with a little hook at the end of the coat hanger and wait for it to catch the right rod and then just pull.

I've noticed that the power locks dont work if the car has been sitting for a while, you actually have to unlock by the switch.

I locked the keys in my 95 Formula once. What I did was take a screw driver and wrapped the metal end of it with electrical tape and put it between the window and the rubber. This held the glass out of the way. Then I made a round hoop out of the end of a clothes hanger. Just went in and waited till I could get it to hook on the inside door handle and when it latched on to it, I just gave it a quick yank and the door opened right up.

All I used was a bar to hold the glass about 2 inches off the car and a coat hanger to manually slide the lock to unlock it.

The glass will bend a lot further than you think, I seen my friend stick his whole are in his car to get it unlocked.

Also with certain alarms if they are armed it will not allow you to unlock the doors by the power switch until the alarm is unarmed.

I locked my keys in my car when I was fixing the power window motor once. I guess I hit the button when I plugged the switch back in. I just called the police and they came and unlocked the door with a slim jim for free.

Don't know if I am to late but incase it happens again you can get a rubber doorstop you know the little triangle looking things and gentlly slide it between the glass and the door til you can see in. Take a coat hanger and put a sharp bend about 6 inches from the end and when you look down in the door (flashlights help) you will see a horizonal bar running to the edge of the door. Slip the hanger down and around that and pull stright up not to hard or you will pop the plastic clip. Hope this helps you out.
