Yeah it's the wrong section. =)

I don't know what kind of camera you have, but my roommate at college had a kodak camera with video capabilities. He was able to access his camera while in the share dock like it was a hard drive, and just drag/drop them off the camera. Good Luck.

Assuming you already have the drivers properly installed, your computer should recognize this as a new drive and you should be able to copy and paste images just like any other drive on your computer. Many times the software that comes with the camera will automatically recognize the camera being attatched to the computer and transfer the images for you. There are so many different cameras and software out there it's hard to say what the problem might be. You may want to add the type of camera you have and the software you're using to see if anyone has the same thing.

FYI, this should be posted in the lounge.

Is this a camcorder and a video capture setup, or a camera with capture abilities? Not all of them work like a drive, some of them you MUST use software to extract the pictures/video from the camera.

Follow the instructions, go the their website for help

Is it a digital camera with software to remove the information from the camera? Or do you have a Firewire and capture card setup, or what?

What do your instructions tell you to do, and where is it going wrong?
