Get the Lingenfelter Supertube. Unlike the Moroso unit, it comes with a real K&N filter. I also believe it to be cheaper.

I have the LPE. Straight forward install, no complaints here about it.

I have AS&M CAI. Nice CAI so far of 3 I've tried before. I also have the Trick Flow Elbow in black, and I can tell you, the heat soak is not what people make it out to be. In fact, last time I was at the track, my whole CAI system was cooler than any other LT1 that day. Just by touching it, and feeling it.

Either set up is good. I myself have the moroso and pleased with it. The only thing I had to do was trim it at the maf side, it took me about 10 min.

the trick flow elbow will feel hot (maybe real hot) to the touch but it is ceramic coated and the inside air and components are not feeling that heat..
